2. Discuss pertinent medical history, family history, struggles with diet, exercise, friendships, relationships, ect.
3. Discuss personal goals, desires and dreams.
4. Recommend a nutrition, exercise and coaching program that fits you personally.
5. Discuss payment options.
6. Get started!
7. Weekly meeting Via Zoom, phone or in person.
8. Each session ends with a homework assignment.
9. Discuss homework and accountability during follow-up session.
10. As your coach I can always be reached between sessions through email or text.
